Anya Covington is Miss Reliable for Wisconsin. The senior forward has played in 121 straight games and hasn't missed one in her entire collegiate career. How has she become that durable? Basketball analyst and writer Patricia Babcock McGraw talked to Covington about that in her latest Gimme 5 audio segment. Jump down in this post to read and hear more.

Covington's most recent game was particularly impressive. She shined in Wisconsin?s 20-point win over Northwestern on Sunday by scoring a game-high 23 points while also pulling down 12 rebounds and dishing out 4 assists. Somehow, while maintaining her perfect record of participation on the court, Anya also participates in all kinds of activities off the court, including at least five student-athlete leadership groups.

Covington  is averaging nearly 10 points and 7 rebounds per game for the Badgers, who are trying to gain some traction in Badgers head coach Bobbie Kelsey?s first season in Madison. Find out the secret to Covington's durability and why she has such a knack for rebounding. Also, as a member of the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Issues Committee, she shares her opinions on the most pressing issues in women's basketball. She also describes one of her best recipes, which she likes to cook when her teammates drop by to be spoiled by their "Team Mom."
