Minnesota head football coach Jerry Kill, who was hospitalized at the Mayo Clinic on Sunday after suffering a seizure earlier in the day, returned to practice Wednesday and called the team together for an on-field meeting, according to the Star Tribune. Kill's status for Minnesota's Big Ten opener at Michigan (noon ET, BTN) remains unknown, although defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys told reporters Tuesday that he expects Kill to return for the game.
