The Big Ten has no shortage of respected and successful football and men's basketball coaches. Both of the conference's sports boast a who's who of the modern day coaching world. From Tom Izzo to Joe Paterno, the names are legendary and iconic. But what about when you consider the nation's best football and men's basketball coaching duos? The Big Ten is deep there, too. Rivals.com considered the topic Sunday, and all four writers mentioned Big Ten duos in their answers. Read the article here.

The most popular duo mentioned was Wisconsin's tandem of Bret Bielema and Bo Ryan. It's tough to argue the merits of those two, but Michigan State's Tom Izzo and Mark Dantonio also received some love.

"I like the tandem they have right now in Wisconsin. Bret Bielema is quickly becoming a household name among college football fans. The Badgers have won 23 of their past 28 games under Bielema's watch and are gunning for their third consecutive 10-win season. He's 51-16 in five-plus seasons since taking over for Barry Alvarez. In basketball, not many coaches have been as consistent as Bo Ryan, who has averaged 24.2 wins in 10 seasons in Madison and never finished lower than fourth in the always-tough Big Ten. That shouldn't change this season for a Wisconsin squad that should open the season in the top 25."
